    I help you identify any habits that are stopping you from reaching your goals and create manageable strategies to get back on the straight and narrow. Together we create sustainable eating habits so you can manage your nutrition for the rest of your life.

  • Learn to trust your body & food

    Are you ready to feel more relaxed around your nutrition? Start to enjoy your food again by re-learning to listen to your body cues, have less guilt and improve your relationship with food with simple, intuitive strategies.

Welcome to The Bariatric Nutrition Bootcamp!

It is so wonderful to have you here and offer you the 1:1, personalised nutrition support that is so needed for people undertaking WLS or GLP-1 therapy.

So, why did I decide to follow the path of work?

I could deeply see a need for compassionate education and nurturing in the area of weight loss. I saw so many people struggling to find support - at every single stage of the journey. A huge change to anyone’s lifestyle, creating healthy habits are not the same for everyone.

I could see the need for customised support. Empowered education. A hand to hold.

So, I decided to provide WLS & GLP-1 therapy education to the world - no matter where you live.

With the support of technology, my mission is to teach those preparing for and post weight loss surgery to make empowered, specialised nutrition choices that will see their results last a lifetime.

As an accredited practising dietitian, I facilitate your journey so you can move through your challenges quickly, overcome any knowledge deficits and remove barriers to ensure that any outcomes you have are positive ones.

  • There are different times and days available for you to book your 1:1 coaching calls. This allows for different time zones and schedules to find a spot that is most comfortable for you.

  • You will be emailed details to log into my platform (on Circle), which holds the resource library. The training modules are set-up as self paced. Also there is an app, so you can access the modules, the community and your coaching message on the go :).

  • Great question! The platform you log into not only houses the online resource library. It is also where I provide weekly coaching through the messaging function. The platform allows for very personalised communication which can be accessed by only you, when it suits you. For example, I may leave a coaching message for you when you’re sleeping, and you can listen to it when you rise. It allows me to provide 1:1 support, no matter where you live in the world. Plus, this platform is where you will find the community so you can connect with other people on the same journey as you.
